A unique lunch featuring JATAK’s favorite produce from Klippingegård—a farm run by William Perch-Nielsen and Scott Chancellor, an experienced farmer and a former chef, who embrace sustainability, great farming practices and are growing top-notch ingredients. The JATAK team will create a special tasting menu to showcase the best of Klippingegård’s spring produce, alongside a playful beverage program that focuses on small producers.
