We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Brandon Jew of Mister Jiu’s to JATAK for a special two-night collaboration on August 20th and 21st.

Mister Jiu’s is a celebrated contemporary Chinese American restaurant located in San Francisco’s historic Chinatown. Chef Brandon Jew is renowned for his refined reinterpretation of Cantonese cuisine, highlighting seasonal Bay Area produce. Just six months after opening, Mister Jiu’s was awarded a Michelin star—making it the first Chinese restaurant in San Francisco to receive this honor.

For this collaboration, we will celebrate the solar season "Beginning of Autumn", crafting a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients through Brandon’s modern Cantonese lens, in creative synergy with the JATAK team.

This unique dining experience will be offered for two nights only.
