Can you accommodate allergies?

If you have any specific dietary restriction, please email us at jatak@jatakcph.com, before booking or at a minimum of 72 hours before your reservation. Due to our seasonal tasting menu served to all guests we are limited in our flexibility.

We are not able to accommodate vegan and celiac diets in both dining room and at the kitchen counter.

When do you open for reservation?

Reservations are open 1 months in advance.

Do I have a reservation?

If you completed your reservation and your credit card is approved you will receive a booking confirmation with the details of your booking.

Upon arrival it is necessary to show this confirmation.

Do you charge for reservations?

A reservation is free of charge.

For groups of 5 guests (and more) a prepayment is required.

How can I cancel my reservation?

In the booking confirmation, received immediately after the booking has been made, there is a 'cancel' booking button.

Tables cannot be canceled within the last 72 hours before the reservation without payment of a late cancellation fee. To cancel within the last 72 hours, send an email to the restaurant at jatak@jatakcph.com.

All cancellations are final.

Can I change my reservation?

If you wish to alter your reservation date, time or amount of guests, please cancel your reservation and book a new one that suits your needs.

A reduction in party size within 72 hours of your reservation will be subject to our cancellation fee. The fee will be applied for each guest not present for the reservation.

I am on the waiting list, how do I know if I get a table?

When you land on the waiting list, it is because all tables on the night you wish to book is already reserved.

We use the waiting list if we get a cancellation.

If/when you get moved from the waiting list to a table, you will receive an invitation through the email you added to your waiting list profile.

Please open the link in the invitation and fill in credit card details to confirm your booking.

Should we get a table available last minute, we will offer the table to you by phone.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! You are welcome to come by and see if we have availability.

Can I purchase a gift card?

At the moment we do not offer gift cards.

Can we have the extended menu in the dining room?

Unfortunately, we only offer the extended menu at the Kitchen Counter.

Do you have a beverage pairing?

Yes! We have one pairing for the Dining Room and one for the Kitchen Counter.

Can I see the wine list?

At the moment we change our wine list daily, therefore we do not send out the list prior to arrival.

What is your corkage policy?

We charge 650 DKK for a standard 750 ml bottle and 850 DKK for a magnum. We allow a maximum of two standard bottles or one magnum per reservation.
